⚡️ I build awesome things for awesome people.
I’m Aaron Fehlen, a creative and entreprenuer. I grew up in a military family and I’ve had the privilege of traveling around the US a good bit.
I’ve played the piano since I was five years old, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music in 2019. I still love to play, but growing businesses is my passion now.
When I was twelve years old I taught my self to type by coding video games. Though the quality of the games I made was utterly laughable, the familiarity I was developing with computers and code would serve me well in the following years.
I paid my way through college mostly by street performing. I’d take a keyboard out to Old Town Alexandria, VA and play my little heart out. That taught me lifelong lessons about working hard for what you want and accomplishing what seems impossible.
When I was 18, I got my first IT job at a Tier I Helpdesk. After two more IT jobs, I made the pivot to Web Development. I had been designing and building brands on the side for 3 years at that point, so I merged those skills and started freelancing.
Webflow rocked my world at some point in 2018 and I’ve been passionate about building on their platform ever since.
At my core, I’m a problem solver. I’ll pull back-to-back all-nighters to solve exciting and meaningful problems, but I get antsy if I don’t have meaningful work to do.
I married my beautiful wife, Lydia, in May 2020 and all of life’s adventures have been better since. We’ve got a boy on the way - coming August 4th, 2022. Pretty pumped about that!
Everyone wants to feel helpful, and I’m no exception. I care about people and value trust, respect, and empathy in relationships more than anything else.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, traveling, reading a good non-fiction book, and the occasional skydive.
I aspire to be someone who helps people make meaningful connections, so hit me up on Polywork, Twitter, LinkedIn, or email, and let’s get a virtual coffee.
What I'm up to
Public Code Collection
A growing collection of code snippets that I discover or use in my Webflow projects.
321 Landing Page
A project I developed to provide a low-ticket rapid deliverable to clients who didn’t need a full website build. 3 days. 2 grand. 1 revenue-generating machine.
